Jasmine Tea benefits: Jasmine Tea has a mildly sweet flavour and delicate aroma. This comes from blending the high-quality loose tea leaves with petals from the Jasmine Flower. Jasmine tea is particularly healthy because it is high in a group of powerful antioxidants known as catechins. Jasmine tea offers many health benefits, including lowering heart rate, blood pressure, stroke and cholesterol levels. The odour of jasmine tea has been found to offer sedative effects.
Rose Benefits: Consuming Rose Petals in tea is thought to improve menstrual health and reduce anxiety, pain, and inflammatory diseases.

To Serve: Heat 250mls of water to 70-80 degrees. Add 2 teaspoons of tea and allow to infuse for 90 seconds, to give a light yellow-green liquor. Can be infused 2 or 3 times. Can also be consumes chilled on a hot summer’s day.
